Alanya International Jazz Festival 2024

Get ready for the return of Alanya Jazz Days, one of Alanya's most successful events. This year, the event will kick off with performances by talented artists in a unique atmosphere, thanks to the support of the Alanya Tourism Promotion Foundation and Alanya Municipality. Alanya will be buzzing with jazz music like never before. A new surprise is in store for you at the press conference and festival launch on September 19. Just to give you a hint, Alanya will be the center of jazz in Turkey in the coming years. Jazz enthusiasts from various parts of Turkey and many countries around the world are expected to attend the Jazz Festival. Alanya will now be known for its association with art and jazz. Artistic performances will take place in front of the historic Red Tower at the Alanya Pier, and admission is free of charge.

The 19th edition of the Alanya International Jazz Festival, organized by the Alanya Municipality, is coming up. The festival promises a delightful musical experience for art enthusiasts and is scheduled to take place from September 26 to 29. Mayor's Advisor and Organization Coordinator Abdurrahman Açıkalın, along with the Organization Committee, highlighted that this festival is the longest-running and uninterrupted event after Istanbul. They also mentioned that the municipality is considering extending the festival to a week in the following years as they believe it adds great value to Alanya's cultural scene.

World Famous Jazz Artists

World-famous jazz artists will gather in Alanya for the 19th Alanya International Jazz Festival, an annual event that is among the few festivals in Turkey and internationally.

The festival will take place from September 26th to 29th in the historical Kızılkule Square under the lights of Alanya Castle. It will feature famous artists from around the world and will last for 4 days. The festival will kick off with an opening concert on Thursday, September 26th at 20:30 with a performance by Hayati Kafe, followed by Judith Nijland at 22:00. On Friday, September 27th, Selen Beytekin will perform at 20:30, followed by Cecilia Krull at 22:00. The lineup for Saturday, September 28th includes Dilek Sert Erdoğan at 20:30 and Kimberly Nichole at 22:00. The festival will conclude on Sunday, September 29th with a performance by Barış Doğukan Yazıcı at 20:30, followed by the Spanish artist Molica Molina at 22:00, one of the most important and popular names in the jazz world.
