Alanya is one of the most beautiful towns in Turkey, where 38 thousand people from 110 nationalities live and have cultural diversity. More than 50 thousand foreigners bought a house in Alanya and 38 thousand of them got a residence permit to live for a period of time. Almost 10 per cent of the population in Alanya consists of foreigners. And yet, the cultural and economic influence of foreigners can be seen almost everywhere in Alanya.

Alanya is one of the most beautiful places to live in Turkey with all its aspects. The fact that so many foreigners buy a house in Alanya proves this situation. Alanya's unique natural beauties, food culture and climate and easy accessibility contribute to foreigners buying a house in Alanya.

For eleven years, the indispensable international Christmas market has been established in Alanya. It was established for the 11th time in 2021. The interest and relevance to the market were incredible. People from all nationalities, foreigners and Turks visited the stands together and tasted the food of that country at the stands of different country associations.

Alanya Mayor Adem Murat Yücel said, "We are excited to meet again in this market, where the best example of friendship and brotherhood is exhibited. Alanya, which was conquered by Seljuk Ruler Alaeddin Keykubat in 1221, has been a city of peace, peace and security for 800 years. We aim to keep the Turkish-Islamic civilization tolerance that we inherited from our ancestors in our Alanya, which carries the traces of many civilizations, forever.”
