Features of Construction:

Floors: Floors will be made with reinforced concrete and will have 32 cm thickness. Surface of the floors will be tiled with a ceramic in light colours. These tiles will be selected from the first quality catalogue among the best brands in Turkey. The implementation will be diagonally.

Walls: Both inner and outer walls will be constructed by sound and heat resistance hollow bricks. The outer walls and the separations of the dwellings will be double wall. All the inside walls are covering first with cement and after plaster.

Windows, Doors and Outer casings: windows, outer doors and casings will be PVC with a metal frame inside and will be built among the selection of best brands. The thickness will be 70mm for the windows and doors. All the doors and windows will be double opener system. Windows will be double glazed for isolation. Inside doors will be American type panel doors and will be in light colours. Living room’s door will integrated with decorative glass.

Kitchen: Kitchen closets will be in MDF wooden type with frames and will be in light colour. Kitchen counter will be made of Granite. On the wall between the upper and lower closet, there will be small tiles. There will be hidden light underneath the upper closet.

Bathroom: All sanitary places will be fully tiled with ceramic in light colour marble motives. There will be shower cabinet with tempered glass in the bathroom. The bathrooms will have washbasins. Ceiling of the bathroom will be made of waterproof plaster panels and fitted spotlights. Hot water will be provided with electrical boiler and an electrical floor heating.

Ceilings: Living room, entrance and the hole will be louvered ceiling with fitted. All the corners and edges will be provided by decorative plaster ornaments.

Stairs: Stairs will be covered with Marble. The railways both on the balconies and on the stairs will be made off chrome. The wall along the stairs will be mosaic in 120 cm height.

SubSystems (Electric and Water): All electric and water products that will be used will have sign TSE which means qualified from the tests of Turkish Quality Institute. All the rooms and terraces will have phone lines and TV sockets. In the terrace there will be water tap for cleaning. Water pipes will be plastic and high density.

Insurance: During the construction period and until the completion all the risks and losses belong to the contractor company. After delivering the apartment keys all the risks will transfer to the buyer.Payment Plan:

3rd stage: Completion of PROJECT

• 2000 euro of the price non-refundable deposit upon reserving the apartment
• 30%  of the price on the launch of the construction  (approximately January 2009) of the price upon signing the preliminary contact (the amount of 5% deposit will be deducted from this instalment)
• 30% of the price on 1 April 2009
• 30% of the price on September 2009
• Rest of the price upon full completion and on the signing of the title deed and handing over the keys of the apartment  (the amount of  2000 euro deposit will be deducted from this instalment approximately December 2009)
