Alara Resort Villas and Apartments

The Alara Residential Resort consists of 8 villas and 9 apartments. The total area of the land is 5.750 m2 All villas and apartments have the beautiful scenery of the Mediterranean Sea. The key concept of the highly modern design includes simplicity, modularity and functionality without sacrificing luxury. The ineffective areas in the building, like halls, corridors etc. are minimized resulting with maximum efficient use of the available floor area. The living areas are maximized for spacious and comfortable stay. The materials selected are of high quality and are suitable for the weather conditions of Antalya, which is very hot and moist in the summer.

The buildings are not complex in design, which increase modularity, yet still functional and visually appealing. The site plan minimizes the interference of the neighbouring houses. All of the residences face the Mediterranean Sea without interrupting each other’s view. You will enjoy their own privacy while having the advantages of living in a complex, such as security, maintenance, gardening etc.

Although the resort is only 300 m. away from the beach, a big swimming pool with a nice view of the Mediterranean Sea is available for residents who enjoy swimming in the pool or would like to relax and sunbath by the pool.
There is car parking, a guard house for controlled entry and 24 hour security for your comfort. The beach is nearby and there are kilometres of beach both to your left and right with many 5 star hotels around.

The Villas:
There are 8 identical triplex villas in the Resort. The total building area of each villa is approximately 300 m2 including the roof terrace and the balcony. There are three rooms in total, each with its own bathroom.

The basement floor consists of one bedroom and its bathroom. There is an exit to the front garden from this room. As a result of the design being modular, the basement floor can be used multifunctional. The bathroom can be omitted if the residents of the villa prefer a large hobby room or a multi-purpose room instead of the third bedroom.

At the first floor, there are two bedrooms. Each one has a separate bathroom inside the room. The master bedroom is facing the beautiful sea view and has a balcony for you to enjoy the view fully.

Because people spend most of their time in the living areas, so the developers put the living areas (the living room and the kitchen) at the top floor for the residents to enjoy the scenery to the full extent. The front balcony on the top floor, which is approximately 23 m2, is the most pleasant location to enjoy the scenery.

A bathroom and a separate laundry room is also located on the top floor. The kitchen is spacious and equipped with most common household appliances. A separate dining place, which is surrounded by large glass windows, is present in the kitchen for you to enjoy the view while eating.

Each villa has five A/C units (3 for the bedroom areas, 1 for the kitchen and 1 for the living room) that are also equipped with heat pumps in case needed during winter season. With the help of the extra heat insulation covering all the outside walls, the house will be cool in summer and warm in winter. The hot water is obtained using small electric heaters. Also there is built in TV antenna jacks and phone jacks inside every room in the villas.

The Apartments:
For those who prefer to live in smaller houses, we have another option. The apartment complex consists of 3 separate blocks with 3 floors, each floor being a separate apartment. Totally 9 identical apartments. The total living area of each apartment is approximately 110 m2 including the balconies. There are two rooms in total: the master bedroom has its own bathroom inside the room, the other bedroom has its bathroom outside the room for common use.

The living room and the kitchen are one big space. The front balcony which has beautiful scenery of the Mediterranean Sea, is approximately 25 m2.  The glass doors between the living room and the front balcony combine the two spaces together. The kitchen is spacious and equipped with most common household.

Every room in the Apartment has separate A/C units equipped with heat pumps in case needed during winter season. With the help of the heat insulation covering all the outside walls, the house will be cool in summer and warm in winter. The hot water is obtained through electric heaters. Also there is built in TV antenna jacks and phone jacks inside every room in the houses.
