Utopia III consists of 4 independent complexes called Panorama Garden, Orange Garden, Banana Garden and Lemon Garden. Best housing project.
One of the largest housing projects in Alanya. Utopia III has a very good location, very close to Alanya city centre, 1.5 km and it is in the heart of Cikcilli. Orange Garden consists of 2 blocks of apartments on 9 storeys and A block consists of 2 bedroom apartments and penthouses, B block is 1 bedroom apartments and penthouses.
Banana Garden consists of 2 blocks of apartments on 9 storeys and contains 48 two bedroom apartments and 6 penthouses.
One bedroom apartments and 3 bedroom penthouses. Lemon Garden consists of 2 blocks of 9 storey buildings and there are 72 individual 1 bedroom homes and 8 individual 3 bedroom penthouses in total.
